We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Partnerships Manager to join the Partnerships & Franchise arm of the business. You will be seeking new sales and opportunities to drive profits by tapping into our tech, our brand, and our operational playbook. This is a player/manager role, where you will be managing your own targets, and international acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for the travel and prop tech space, thriving on achieving set targets 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in international markets.
  • Leading and developing a small team of Sales Executives
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting efforts, cold calling, and networking
  • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to introduce Houst and its offerings to potential partners.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target international markets.
  • Engage prospects through effective communication, presentations, and tailored sales pitches 
  • Managing the entire sales cycle and ensuring CRM is continually updated 
  • Attend Exhibitions and other networking events (these can be outside of working hours) 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, ideally with an international enterprise focus 
  • Previous success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in an international context.
  • Experience in the implementation of strategic sales plans
  • Strong analytical skills to track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experienced in managing a high-performing sales team
  • Strong understanding of international markets, sales cycles, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement technologies.
