• The Sales and Service Consultant is responsible for advising customers on insurance products, facilitating sales, and providing after-sales service support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Proficient / advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales driven position.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
