Utilizing Oracle for inventory tracking and Salesforce for CRM-driven sales, the associate reduces operational risk in stock management. Their role leverages data-driven insights to optimize customer conversion and ensures the commercial success of the flagship Constantia store.

Requirements:

  • A Matric certificate.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
  • Deliver top-tier service, navigate through customer challenges, whilst driving sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
