Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Market Insight: Monitor trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Customer Engagement: Use tailored presentations and strategic questioning to understand client needs and close sales.
  • Technical Support: Provide level 1 device support and troubleshoot to ensure seamless customer trading.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Technical aptitude for device support and troubleshooting.
  • Digital communication skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for customer service.

Education

  • Matric- Essential
  • Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (advantageous)

Experience

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
  • CRM experience

Other requirements

  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel within the Limpopo region.
