Job Description
- Responsible for sales controlling and performance management, price management, sales processes, market planning and coordination.
- Responsible for sales KPI tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate collaboration with other Business units on sales controlling topics.
- Responsible for conducting claims and repricing controls.
- Coordinate sales planning – current forecast and business planning.
- Measure and report sales vs targets.
- Support sales with quarterly and bi-annual price negotiations and adjustment with OEM purchasing.
- Manage customer communication and relationship activities.
- Define and maintain processes, procedures and work sheets for product costing, quotation creation, approval and submission in line with Bosch global standards.
- Product costing based on material cost (raw materials, processing cost, local and imported components, exchange rates, overheads, logistics, profit and incentives from the Automotive Production and Development Programme (APDP).
Qualifications
- National Diploma/BCom Degree in Commerce.
- BCom degree in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent.
Experience
- 10 years’ experience in Sales and or Procurement function.
- Extensive exposure in Sales function in the Automotive Industry.
- Good commercial and technical acumen.
- Understanding of the local automotive incentive scheme.
- Detailed understanding of product costing and cost projections.
