Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage and build positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, advice, and assistance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Sales Management:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales techniques to increase customer interest and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting purposes.

 Product Expertise:

  • Continuously acquire and update product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or suggest new product ideas based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
  • Actively participate in product trainings and ensure mastery of technical knowledge.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.
