Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Engage and build positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, advice, and assistance.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various products, features, and benefits to effectively answer customer queries and make recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Maintain regular follow-up and communication with customers to nurture ongoing relationships.
Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement sales techniques to increase customer interest and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Monitor and track sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting purposes.
Product Expertise:
- Continuously acquire and update product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or suggest new product ideas based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
- Actively participate in product trainings and ensure mastery of technical knowledge.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.
