About this Position
- Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key accounts to drive profitable growth
What you´ll do
- Support SBU/ sub-segments by executing on-site customer- facing technical activities(and training) for existing and new business with-in defined territory, as well as supporting customer/ market application and engineering projects.
- Execute local and export sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/ acquire new customers. Execute customer roadmap and manages respective CRM tools (ACE) growth opportunities
- Executes pricing actions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined target accounts.
- Provide product recommendations, customized products application, new product applications and troubleshooting for customers. Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, trouble shooting, etc) for customers with documentation in CRM (ACE) tools
- Responsible for product applications, technical training and coaching of field sales force and customers
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in engineering, business or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales ( Preferably Industrial Adhesives)
- Industry / Technology specific knowledge – adhesives (Recommended)
- Managing customer relationships
- Managing sales projects (start to completions)
