Customer Service
- Customer visits as per schedule
- Customer satisfaction is maintained
- All client requests are responded to within 24 hours
- Stock takes on customers’ sites as and when required
- Plant / process audits and site visits as and when requested
Administration
- Marketing material collected before visits
- All expenditures are reconciled by due date
- Customer information is captured after each visit
- Quotation and probability feedback after each visit
- Ensure quotations are completed as and when required
- Weekly call plans and site visit reports are submitted to Manager
Marketing
- Market research is conducted in designated areas
- Presentations are delivered to customer as required
- Opportunities are supported with point-of-sale material
- Attendance and participation at exhibitions as discussed with Manager
- Quarterly presentation to management of market research and marketing activities in own area
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Degree in Metallurgy Chemistry, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar (preferable)
Job Specification
- 3 years’ experience in mineral processing plants, chrome, coal, heavy minerals and Iron ore
- Computer Literate
- Valid Driver’s License
