Job duties:
- Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
- Fielding enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency
- Making calls to further qualify sales leads and pitch the Houst product
- Maintaining a high call to sign conversion rate
- Building your own outbound flow & comfortable cold calling
- Working with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding process
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years Sales experience
- High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone and written.
- Naturally competitive
- Is excited about using new technology to transform an industry
- Sales or client-facing experience (required)
- Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage
- Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required
- Willing to work the occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota within the team)
