Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the EOR and visa services business.
  • Identify and build partnerships with businesses requiring international workforce solutions.
  • Generate leads, pitch services, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide expert guidance on immigration and visa processes to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on local and international employment laws and immigration regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Working in an EOR sales role is an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (ideally in EOR, or visa/immigration services)
  • Proven track record of B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
  • Experience in Remote working
