• Position: Sales Executive – New Vehicles
• Location: Hyundai Brackenfell
• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of new vehicles at our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of new vehicles by actively promoting and selling to customers.
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers to assist in their decision-making process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their new vehicle purchase.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of new vehicle models and features.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
