Job Description

• We have an exciting position for Sales Graduates in our Bakery division. This is a 12 months contract where a graduate will be gaining practical exposure shadowing an experienced Sales team. If you are a successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
• Driving continued sales growth for our Bakery Business Unit
• Optimising market penetration in your region for our different brands
• Identify and establish new business in region through the informal market
• Building strong customer relationships that leads to repeat business and brand loyalty
• Accurate reporting of market activity
• Market analysis and trends

Qualification Requirements

Essential

• National Diploma: Sales & Business Management
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license & clean driving record

Advantageous:

• N6 Marketing Management
•  Informal market sales 

Experience Requirements

This is a learning opportunity where our graduates will obtain practical Sales experience, therefore there is no experience requirements. The below competencies are desirable: 

• Valid Code 10 driver’s license & clean driving record
• Informal market sales
• Able to travel in assigned region
• Attend meetings and/or training as scheduled by Premier
• Willingness to work flexible hours
