Sales Graduate: Huawei Enterprise (Midrand) needed at Mustek Limited

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Assist in identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate Huawei solutions.
• Support the sales team with technical information and expertise during customer meetings

 Documentation and Proposals:

• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Work with senior pre-sales engineers to develop and maintain a repository of technical materials and resources.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and solutions.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest Huawei products and technologies.

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric
• Undergraduate/Postgraduate – BSc Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering
• Minimum: Entry level in Technical Support
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Familiarity with Huawei products and solutions is a plus

Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of networking, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to work in a team and understand what is required especially client briefing. 
• An enquiring mind and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage different project.
• Time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
