The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing ones.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the Company’s presence.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Sales Manager candidate will fit the following profile:
- Proven experience in a similar sales role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Fully conversant in the English language, additional languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication.
- Computer Literacy – Intermediate to Advanced on Microsoft Packages
- Ability to travel nationally as and when required
- The candidate will be based in Gauteng
