Requirements

• Degree
• Business English: Fluent
• Code 10 motor vehicle license
• Experience in working with senior management
• Computer literacy (Intermediate)
• Travel off-site/overnight stay

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the assigned Principal contracts 

• Identify opportunities  to optimise volumes, profitability and reduce returns
• Create and maintain sound relationships. 
• Monitor key operational aspects.
• Identify growth opportunities.  

Implement Principal Sales strategy 

• Ensure alignment between Clover and Principal strategies. 
• Assist with new projects 
• Assist with the implementation and launching of new Principals.  

Manage Regional Principal Co-Ordinator’s 

• Define roles and responsibilities and ensure execution 
• Set clear objectives and KPA’s for teams and ensure regular reporting against KPA’s 
• Drive team performance 
• Build and manage relationships
