Your daily work will include the following:

  • Finding new potential customers and business opportunities
  • Sales and commercial support of existing ComAp clients
  • Compiling of offers and quotations for existing or potential ComAp customers
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining good professional long-term relationships and communication with existing and potential ComAp clients, customers, and partners
  • Regularly prepare and update sales forecast for the respective customers
  • Planning and arrangement of exhibitions when required
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing support role in the industrial engine or marine market
  • Knowledge of Diesel or Gas Power Generation, Industrial engines, ComAp portfolio know-how is a great advantage
  • Confidence in building strong relationships with our customers in the region
  • Strategic thinking, proactivity and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
  • Electrical Qualifications and willingness to go into technical sales – ComAp will provide training as required
  • Be prepared to travel to visit our customers across the South Africe, travel overseas to our HQ in the Czech Republic or other subsidiaries in the EMEA region
  • To have a full and preferably clean driving license
