Qualifications / Certifications required:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II and/or Salesforce Platform App  Builder 
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud 
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud consultant  
  • At least one Salesforce Architect domain certification (preferred)

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce solution architect (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,  and/or Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience in supporting business development activities, including designing and  estimating Salesforce solutions. 
  • Experience in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering,  analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and deployment. 

Nice to Have:

Responsibilities of role:

  • Our Salesforce Solution Architects understand the full extent of the digital solution and  integration components and how they fit intthe enterprise architecture. They collaborate  effectively with colleagues from other disciplines tdefine technology objectives, assess  solution options, and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals  and meet operational requirements. 

Development of Client Solutions: 

  • Collaborate with clients and technology colleagues tprepare technical blueprints for  cost-effective and efficient Salesforce solutions across all three Cloud platforms. 
  • Take a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery tensure that  technical solutions continue tmeet business requirements and align with the  organization’s strategic vision. 
  • Act as technology leaders within our wider digital and technology practices, providing  thought leadership, guidance, and coaching tmore junior members of the team.  
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the  Salesforce platform. 
  • Customize and configure Salesforce tmeet specific business needs using Apex,  Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.  
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform  Events, or other integration methods. 
  • Manage Salesforce data, including data migration and data quality initiatives. 
  • Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and  industry standards.  

Commercial: 

  • Support pre-sales during the development of new business with new or existing  clients. 
  • Contribute tthe production of proposals and work with wider teams tpresent  proposals. 
  • Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process tensure proposal  accuracy. 
  • Work with the commercial teams tensure a smooth handover intdelivery  processes. 

General: 

  • Maintain certification in selected Salesforce products.
  • Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes, and ways of working.
  • Help mentor and coach other colleagues. 
  • Participate in the company culture, practices, and teams

Requirements: 

  • Education: Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent in a technology, science,  engineering, or business background.
