Your Must-Have Skills:

  • In-depth Process, Accounting and Controlling Knowledge.
  • Change -, Training- & Project Management.
  • Excellent and articulate communicator.
  • Ability to influence and engage with authority. 
  • Strong business acumen.
  • In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial areas e.g. financial accounting and controlling, financial management, cost/overhead controlling & steering.
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter 

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in global SAP template rollouts 
  • IT Knowledge (SAP very advantageous) 
  • Agile methodology experience 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Administration in Accounting, Management Accounting, computer science or business informatics or similar
  • Post graduate degree or certification (preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA (very advantageous).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in relevant commercial or operational roles in financial controlling and/or accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of the product
  • Maintains overview over CoCs specific processes & structures.
  • Ensures that the CoC solution for a market will be implemented & tested.
