Tasks

Event Planning

• Perform end to end scheduling activities of operational crew in the schools environment, maintaining a balance between cost efficiency, business rules, scheduling guidelines and production requirement.
• Ensure that bookings of production event are done properly on the system
• Ensure proper maintenance of records regarding crew members, talent and commentators
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transport for crew, facilities, catering, signage, etc.
• Efficient communication of schedules and call times in the Schools environment with the Technical crew
• Act as a first point of contact with payment related queries, IT related queries, corporate communication requests, admin

 Compliance

• Operate within a given budget to determine and ensure that the financial requirements can be met
• Perform in accordance with the business processes and policies
• Participate in learning and development activities to ensure adherence to the requirements of the division

 Qualification:

• A matric certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
• A post matric certificate or diploma

 Experience

• A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in project or production coordination role
