Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain screed machines to level and finish concrete surfaces accurately.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Screed Operator in the construction industry.
- Heavy-duty/earthmoving machinery experience is essential.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
