Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current backlog of work and provide a plan of how the Scrum framework should be implemented for Product development.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and issue escalation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners.
  • Provide status reports to the PMO and other key stakeholders, highlighting project health and budget compliance.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, addressing team dynamics and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Promote compliance with company quality standards and Agile best practices.
  • Manage project teams to ensure accountability, teamwork, and effective collaboration.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with a focus on Scrum.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within budgetary constraints and deliver projects on time.
