Responsibilities:
- Assess the current backlog of work and provide a plan of how the Scrum framework should be implemented for Product development.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure projects adhere to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and issue escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners.
- Provide status reports to the PMO and other key stakeholders, highlighting project health and budget compliance.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, addressing team dynamics and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Promote compliance with company quality standards and Agile best practices.
- Manage project teams to ensure accountability, teamwork, and effective collaboration.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with a focus on Scrum.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to work within budgetary constraints and deliver projects on time.
