Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years relevant sector experience in social infrastructure research or equity analysis covering healthcare/education/properties
- Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Finance or equivalent relevant qualification. Master’s degree/MBA/CFA would be preferred.
- Experience in undertaking research with implications for the economy and investments is key.
- Experience in implementing research views in portfolios would be highly desirable.
- Must possess the desire and ability to work in a collaborative and intensive team-orientated environment
- FAIS RE5 Certificate or it must be obtained within 6 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance
Professional Body/Association
- CFA/CA or other
Duties:
- Produce Industry-leading proprietary research that generates Investment views and ideas in social infrastructure sectors (education, healthcare, affordable housing, student accommodation and water & sanitation).
- Identify investment opportunities in social infrastructure.
- Undertake thematic research and thought leadership pieces in social infrastructure.
- Develop and update sector investment strategies for social infrastructure.
- Undertake market research analysis for unlisted transactions.
- Support the unlisted deal teams during the due diligence process and in evaluating potential investments.
- Work with senior analysts and research analysts.
