About the role
- Engage and partner with customer at the Executive level. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities, aligning with organizational objectives and sales target
- Recognize and assess customer’s key business drivers and challenges
- Quantify and articulate costs/benefits of investment in strategic IT solutions
- Develop level of credibility that positions Orange Business to collaborate on construction of customer business cases
- Ability to develop TCO and risk assessment documentation, which supports solution investment and quantifies bottom-line ROI
- Produce high quality written materials: Proposals, Business Cases, Organizational Plans, Presentations etc. conveying complex analysis and arguments concisely
- Work closely with pre-sales, customer engagement, product development, marketing and professional services teams to ensure full attendance to customers’ needs
About you
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- 5 years experience in consultative selling and relationship management within multi-national companies
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of ICT solutions including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity data and AI.
- Proven track record in selling high dollar value services (2/3 years experience or equivalent) in B2B.
- Background in business consulting, process analysis design and improvement, and development of technology based business solutions
- Understanding of industry sector that the customer is in and associated strategies and business challenges.
- Identification and development of key partners and vendor relationships to maximize Orange Business’ ability to provide total integrated solutions to the customer.
- Broad general interest on how technology driven solutions are translated into customer strategy;
- Act as trusted partner for your customer through consultative selling and story telling;
- Able to define and execute a strong strategy & account plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, French and Arabic.
