Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Bookkeeper at Terra Nova Tours located in Salt River, City of Cape Town. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software management, finance-related tasks, and journal entries.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Journal Entries skills
• Bank and cash book reconciliations
• AR and AP reconciliations
• Statutory returns VAT and EMP
• Experience in using accounting software
• Knowledge of Tourplan advantageous
• Knowledge in finance and accounting principles
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work in fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work overtime if required to do so.
