Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BTech/BSc/BCom in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering).
• Diploma in Business Analysis
• Minimum 8 years in business analysis.
• Financial markets or investment/asset management experience is a strong advantage
• Exposure to regulatory/compliance projects is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of UML, SSADM, XML, APIs, and ISO20022 messaging standards
• Strong data governance, treasury, or capital markets systems knowledge.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive organisational change.
• Exceptional process and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify stakeholders impacted by initiatives or sharing common business needs.
• Business Analysis Leadership: Plan and execute business analysis activities with precision.
• Consultation & Analysis: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, perform workflow analyses, and document requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate business challenges, propose solutions, and validate them with stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Collaborate to document specifications for chosen solutions involving systems, processes, and people requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and monitoring.
• Change Management: Manage change requests and specifications to support seamless business transitions.
• Collaborative Delivery: Work alongside architects and developers to implement solutions effectively.
