About the Role

The Senior Catering Manager drives operational excellence by managing high-RPM nutritional data and food services within a healthcare environment. Utilizing SAP for supply chain visibility and ServiceNow for incident tracking, the manager ensures 100% compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Their leadership mitigates operational risk by ensuring rigorous quality control and leveraging data to optimize patient wellness outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Oversee day-to-day catering operations across an acute healthcare site in KZN.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and healthcare regulations.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
  • Lead, train, and develop catering teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Implement Tsebo standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor quality assurance and conduct regular audits.
