Key Requirements;

  • Degree in business studies with 5+ years in retail and international trading
  • Red meat / live stock related industry will be advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership qualities with a strategic, innovative mindset
  • High ethical standards, honesty, and self-confidence
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
  • Experience in developing and guiding teams to enhance performance
