Key Requirements
- At least an appropriate Honours Degree or Equivalent in Labour Studies or Social Sciences or Employment Laws.
- 8 years’ experience within the labour market as role player with at least 3 years at Middle Management level. Experience as a practising commissioner.

Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Labour Law
- Knowledge of CCMA policies, processes, systems, operations and procedures
- Knowledge of social partners – government and labour policies – in relation to the CCMA
- Knowledge of computer literacy and the CCMA systems
- Knowledge of Strategy, Policy and Procedure Formulation
- Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring Approaches
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Knowledge of research and research methodologies
