- As part of RIB’s Global Marketing team, the Senior Content Manager will shape our brand voice and bring our story to life across multiple channels (B2B). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute RIB’s global content strategy across traditional and digital platforms.
- Create and manage high-quality content for campaigns, websites, blogs, and customer stories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams — from creative to product and sales — to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Oversee the global content calendar, performance reporting, and optimization of existing assets.
- Lead content governance, ensuring tone, quality, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Reporting to the Global Vice President Marketing and leading a team of two Marketing Specialists (Content & Social Media).
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy and development for digital platforms.
- Experience in leading/ coaching a team ensuring excellence and professionalism.
- Proven ability to produce diverse content formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, whitepapers, etc.).
- Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
