- Maintain Units loading requirements
- Monitor plant efficiency
- Plan and co-ordinate all PTW requirements
- Assist with the co-ordination of outage activities and commissioning of plant
- Monitor and co-ordinate modifications activities
- Lead and/or assist with incident investigations
- Plan, co-ordinate and control any abnormal tests or abnormal operating activities
- Provide on job training (coaching)
- Perform administrative duties
