Your qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of professional experience including some coming from a consulting environment with high problem solving ability and project management delivery
- 2+ years experience delivering and execution large scale business transformation projects including: restructuring, turnaround, operational excellence, strategic operations, operational strategy, operational consulting transformation and M&A PMI (post merger implementation) or digital transformation projects.
- Private sector experience GEM Mining, Financial Services Banking, insurance or Telecommunications is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in financial or similar field with strong record of academic achievement
- Experience developing business unit strategy and leading large-scale business change programs, preferably while establishing strong relationships with senior clients You have experience leading people and building teams, empowering team members to achieve impact
- You enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment You are experienced in conducting workshops, thought leadership and coaching sessions You are driven by creating long-lasting impact and enjoy leading teams to achieve results
