Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals 
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Manage and work with Brand partners and ensure each brand shows up on our platforms, through full house and digital only campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, across merch, buying and Ops including creative, content, and Bash, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Responsible for managing supplier campaigns and budgets and executing on these from studio & agency briefing through to approvals, execution and reporting/proof of execution.
  • Manages on site campaigns with the Omni-merchants, including briefing and priority of web banners
  • Experience in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of growing & improving brands and themselves through their work.
  • Digital insights reporting
  • Digital budget management, planning and tracking
  • Performance marketing setup with Bash and agency
  • Seasonal and campaign specific reports
  • Briefing Performance Marketing (Digital Paid marketing) partner for Meta and Google campaigns
  • Manages social media agency & monthly content from planning to approval
  • Sign off copy and social posts
  • Social media community management (as an escalation point for Agency)
  • Co-ordinates in-store eventing/online eventing & any competitions run by the brand/suppliers
  • Manages influencer agency relationship and monthly influencer briefs
  • Co-ordinates brand quarterly shoots with the in-house designer, including product sourcing, shoot day assistance (as relevant), PDP videos, video content creation, and more.
  • Right-hand to the Online Retail Manager
  • Manage self and team SLAs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field or experience in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of growing & improving brands and themselves through their work.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or similar)
