Senior Fullstack Java Developer needed at Salt South Africa

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications using Java 8-21.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs with Swagger and OpenAPI.
• Utilize Spring Security, including OAuth and JWT, to ensure top-notch application security.
• Leverage Hibernate (JPA) and PostgreSQL for efficient data management.
• Manage builds and dependencies with Maven; use Git for version control.
• Deploy and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Harness AWS for provisioning and managing scalable cloud services.
• Implement real-time data processing with Kafka.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in Spring Security, OAuth, JWT, and Hibernate (JPA).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka for message brokering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
