Must-Have:

• Expert in Go & frameworks (Gin, Echo, Gorilla Mux)
• Strong experience with search tech (Elasticsearch, Solr)
• CI/CD, microservices, and testing best practices

Nice-to-Have: 

• Python, Rust, PHP, Cloud & Agile experience
