Job Description

• Our international client is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and deliver creative projects across retail and POP (Point of Purchase) design.
• The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with strong leadership skills who can manage end-to-end design workflows from concept to production while inspiring creativity and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide design projects across multiple brands and retail channels.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to deliver on brief, on brand, and on time.
• Conceptualize and develop creative POP and 3D design solutions that align with marketing strategies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and motivate junior designers, fostering a collaborative studio environment.
• Present design ideas and rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative output.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience (preferably in POP / retail / print design).
• Strong understanding of design for retail, print, and production processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong sketching, presentation, and visualization skills.
• Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
