Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the creative direction for brand awareness, promotional activities and product marketing across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems, ensuring alignment across all digital and print assets.
- Partner with marketing and product owners to shape compelling marketing toolkits that enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee creative execution across email, PR, web, search and display ads, social media, videos, brochures and presentations.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Support pitches and tenders by developing visually compelling proposals, presentations and supporting collateral.
- Oversee the development of marketing toolkits that provide structured, scalable design assets for internal teams and agencies.
- Drive the creation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and performance objectives.
- Lead the design of service and product brochures ensuring clarity, engagement and visual appeal.
- Develop sales enablement tools that empower sales teams to communicate value effectively across multiple lines of business and products.
Team & Project Management
- Supervise – not manage – a small internal team of designers providing design direction and creating design systems to give clear direction for internal and external teams to create campaigns.
- Supervise external agencies and freelancers, ensuring they align with AAGroup’s brand and campaign objectives.
- Oversee the workflow of marketing campaign assets – including web, digital ads, video, brochures, presentations and events.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, Content Strategist and Program Manager to streamline design execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, design direction or art direction.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns and digital design.
- Deep experience working across B2B and B2C marketing
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and digital marketing assets.
- Motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Experience directing teams, managing agencies and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
- Experimenting with emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity and craft.
- Strong storytelling skills to align visual and written content across platforms.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking, providing direction with hands-on execution.
Non-negotiables:
- Must be a hands-on creator (IC), not a team manager
- A self-directed, strategic leader who can develop a plan and drive multiple marketing projects
- Must have some B2B experience
