Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, with evidence of registration at a Doctoral level
- At least five years of teaching experience at post-school level.
- Evidence of at least two years relevant administrative experience.
Recommendations
- At least one peer-reviewed article in a scholarly journal
- A clearly defined area of research specialization
- Evidence of success in obtaining funding for research
- Professional registration applicable (SABPP or any HR related)
