What you’ll have done before

Baseline:

• NQF Level 7 (Degree in LLB)
• 15 years’ experience managing the Legal & Forensic function.
• Knowledge of international laws and regulations
• Extensive experience operating at a senior leadership role.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and managing complex legal matters.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, forensic law, compliance, risk management and governance
• Experience in providing strategic legal and forensic advice to Top Executive and Board of Directors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of national & international forensic regulations and standards

Advantageous:

• Postgraduate in Law/ Forensics Science/ Criminology
