MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- At least 5 years’ farm and/or production management experience
- Min of 5 years relevant crop farming experience
- Previous potato farming experience
- Exceptional management/organizational skills, good social skills and an eye for detail essential
- Computer literacy
- Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of farm machinery, implements and infrastructure resources
- Strong task instruction and delegation skills
- Excellent operational planning, decision-making and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail, communication and people management skills
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license
