Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Labour Law/Labour Relations/Human Resource Management/ Employment Relations/Public Administration/Public Management as recognised by SAQA
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Labour Relations/Labour Law
  • A valid driver’s license.

Duties: 

  • Review alignment of municipal arbitration outcomes with municipal labour policies
  • Review sitting of municipal Local Labour Forums
  • Review Labour Relations compliance prescripts
  • Maintain records repository of municipal labour cases
  • Maintain Stakeholders Engagement
  • Provide Labour Relations capacity building programmes.
