Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Labour Law/Labour Relations/Human Resource Management/ Employment Relations/Public Administration/Public Management as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Labour Relations/Labour Law
- A valid driver’s license.

- Review alignment of municipal arbitration outcomes with municipal labour policies
- Review sitting of municipal Local Labour Forums
- Review Labour Relations compliance prescripts
- Maintain records repository of municipal labour cases
- Maintain Stakeholders Engagement
- Provide Labour Relations capacity building programmes.
