Job Brief:

• We are looking for a Creative, Innovative and “Free Thinking” Senior New Product Development Specialist with a proven track record, who is organised and a meticulous multi-tasker. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior NPD Specialist with a proven-track record in any of the following
• Industries – Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage. 
• Tertiary Undergraduate University Degree essential.
• Evidence of Portfolio of Products Developed and Launched.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Brand Management.
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Packages which includes Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in Letter Writing, Minute Taking and Proof Reading. Excellent organization, problem solving and negotiation skills. 
• Fluent in the English Language (Written and Verbal). 
• Valid Driver’s Licence, own reliable motor vehicle with insurance.
• Other: Additional experience in Regulatory, Manufacturing or Quality Control would be advantageous.

• Sourcing of Suppliers and Manufacturers
• Cost Accounting
• Fulfilling the Supply Chain process up to and including the Launch of the Product
• Project Managing the entire NPD Process
• Training Team Members on the New Product Developed

Regulatory & Compliance

• Cosmetic, Food, Alcohol, and Pharmaceutical cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) Regulatory &
• Compliance support.
• Maintenance of accurate record keeping, process development, including but not limited to detailed customer records, documenting variations & development, recommendations, and outcomes.
