Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate: Basic Management Program (Essential/Minimum)
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years Relevant exposure to Quality management systems and International Organisation for Standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act (Essential/Minimum) Operational
REQUIREMENTS:
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
- Competence: MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
- Competence: Discipline Specific Program (Essential/Minimum)
- ISO and OHSAS Auditors (Essential/Minimum)
Duties & Responsibilities
Administration and Document Control
- Develop, implement and ensure maintenance of a document management system
- Utilisation on training of SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) module
- Maintenance of the Governance Risk and Compliance incidents management system
- Monitory of the action management system
- Compliance monitory (different authorities)
- Management review of own arrangements and presentation thereof to management.
- Coordination of monthly performance source documents.
- Development and implementation of the required templates as per procedure as per standard.
Best Practice and Knowledge Management
- Identify priority management for non-conformances
- Coordinate record keeping, maintenance and administration of all documentation related to relevant enablement systems
- Ensure improvement of systems and certification
Compliance, Governance and Assurance
- Ensure standardised, detailed and systematic approach is taken when facilitating activities to ensure continued compliance to permit requirements
- Implement effective Safety Health Environment and Community (SHEC) enablement systems
- Establish an effective methodology of business operations, communication and control whereby statutory and corporate compliance and appropriate mitigation risk is achieved
Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
- Provide support to customers in order to achieve a consistent SHEC enablement systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and appropriate parties
- Ensure customers satisfaction with delivery of SHEC management systems services
Project Management
- Provide inputs for planning and recommendations for staff to be trained on systems
- Identify areas for further development and system improvements
Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- Adhere to all health/safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
- Address all unsafe practices/potential hazardous situations, rectify/report to superior
- Comply with SHEC/technical requirements
- Wear applicable Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times
Service Management
- Collate information and development of standardised reports (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Plan, schedule and report on management review
- Plan, conduct and monitor audits and audit findings
- Track and monitor action plans for audit compliance
- Coordinate, schedule and provide SHEC enablement training at Business Unit
