Senior Organisational Development Practitioner Job at Limpopo Department of Social Development

Key Performance Areas

• Assist with the development and review of organizational structure. Provide job evaluation services. Facilitate the development and review of job descriptions. Implement operations management framework interventions.

Prerequisites

• Grade 12 plus an appropriate qualification at NQF 6 in Operations Management/ Management Services/ Production Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent qualification in the relevant field or area as recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of 2- 3 years’ relevant experience. Valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (with the exception of persons with disabilities).

Person Profile

• Knowledge of organisational design, restructuring and development principles. Knowledge of Work Study Techniques . Knowledge of change management principles, strategies, and models. Knowledge of business process re-engineering. Understanding of Job grading and evaluation system. Knowledge of public service regulations, acts and policies. Problem solving skills.
