KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to foster a positive work environment.
- Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Collaborate with the People Partner Manager to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and development.
- Assist in the rollout of HR programs related to performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Ensure these programs are effectively communicated and executed.
- Work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand and address talent needs. Provide strategic advice and support on workforce planning and HR issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support the development and implementation of HR best practices to maintain high standards.
- Assist the People Partner Manager in managing and executing HR projects, such as system upgrades and process improvements. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for all levels of managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and governance to enhance their understanding.
- Research technological, legislative, compliance and governance developments to keep abreast of requirements/changes and to provide insights regarding how it impacts the group. Ensure understanding and adoption of technology “best-in-class” HR practices.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive experience in business partnering, Talent Acquisition, and/or employee relations
- Recognized as a seasoned expert, often consulted for intricate problem-solving, and actively involved in shaping projects and teams and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in HR or related field is preferred.
