Senior Private Equity Transactor needed at Marvel Placement Consultant

Minimum Requirements:

• Essential: Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 7 years in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA Level 1 preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and any financial modelling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify critical insights.
• Strong understanding of private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to support informed investment strategies.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive investment reports and presentations to the Investment Committee, effectively advocating for deal opportunities.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuation assessments, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, legal professionals, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic recommendations for value enhancement.
• Support the investment team in identifying, assessing, and executing private equity transactions.
• Offer mentorship and professional guidance to junior team members as the team expands.
