Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product & Supplier Management

  • Manage relationships with all product suppliers and partners.
  • Maintain and enhance betting platforms through feature improvements and UX optimisation.
  • Lead product testing and QA prior to release.
  • Identify root causes of customer and audit queries and implement corrective initiatives.
  • Compile Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and advise on user flows and UI.
  • Report on product performance and improvements.

Marketing Strategy, Campaigns & Promotions

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategy and sales objectives.
  • Conceptualise and execute promotions, competitions, and regional campaigns.
  • Support digital and social teams with campaign concepts and execution.
  • Drive ambassador-led promotions and events.

Content, Media & Social

  • Oversee creation and optimisation of marketing materials.
  • Manage CMS platforms and ensure consistent content updates.
  • Monitor social channels and coordinate content delivery.
  • Assist with thought leadership and media outreach.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Track trends to ensure innovation and competitiveness.
  • Prepare marketing, campaign, and budget performance reports.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage projects and special initiatives.
  • Work with senior management on strategic priorities.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members and interns.
  • Deliver training on products and campaigns.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Valid code 08 driver’s license
  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, brand, or campaign management
  • Experience managing suppliers, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Proven experience leading campaigns and managing junior team members
