Role Overview:
- The Principal Programme Manager will be responsible for managing up to 14 diverse portfolios simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of navigating complex environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Oversee and coordinate multiple project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and various stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating consensus.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide business consultancy, challenging assumptions and offering insights to drive informed decision-making without adopting an overly aggressive approach.

- Technical Acumen: Quickly adapt to and manage projects involving Data and Analytics, as well as Microsoft D365 technologies, even if not previously specialized in these areas.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Extensive experience in programme management, with a proven track record of handling multiple portfolios simultaneously.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Consulting Skills: Strong business consulting capabilities, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Data and Analytics, and Microsoft D365 is advantageous; however, the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in these areas is essential.
- Financial Literacy: Understanding of financial statements and business operations to align projects with organizational financial goals.
