- BTech Quantity Surveying / B.Sc Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction / building
- Contractual Aptidue – Understanding Principal and Subcontract Agreements, JBCC, NEC, GCC.
- Proven experience with JBCC contracts
- Proven CCS experience
- Cost planning
- Estimating / prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Cost Analysis
- Cost-in-use studies
- Value Management to establish a project budget / Risk management
