Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Development Studies/Public Administration/Public Management/Community Development/Social Science/Rural Development as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience at Facilitation Officer
- A valid driver’s license.

Duties:
- Maintain and promote social cohesion in traditional communities
- Maintain partnership between traditional Leadership institutions and other development agencies
- Review participation of Traditional Leaders in the Municipal Council
- Maintain identification of Traditional Council community development needs
- Review progress of rural development programmes
