Senior Salesforce Developer needed at Capitec Bank

About the role:

• Capitec is establishing a Centre of Excellence to provide governance, controls, and supplemental skills for our product teams. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our cross-functional team dedicated to the full software development lifecycle. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance complex software systems and applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and future requirements. You will also guide and support developers and stakeholders in scoping, progress, status, and resolution of engineering problems.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Undergraduate Degree (Preferred)
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications
• At least 6 + years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions
• 6+ years’ proven experience in both front- and back-end software development, project delivery and implementation (in relevant development technologies/language). Experience with modern front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies
• Experience with Omni Script, Apex, Flow, or Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Financial Service Cloud or Services Cloud
